General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility Criteria:
- The candidate must possess a postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a well-reputed institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA) is desirable.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management position, with a proven track record in governance, management, finance, or a related field.
- The candidate must comply with the Fit & Proper Criteria as prescribed by the State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023.
- Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for this position is 62 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
- Contract and Remuneration:
- The initial contract will be for a period of three years, with an annual performance evaluation conducted by the Board of Directors.
- Remuneration and benefits will be in line with market standards, categorized under MP-1.
