General Terms and Conditions
- Tenure of Employment
- The CEO will be hired on a contractual basis for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of an extension based on performance. The maximum tenure can extend up to two (2) years beyond the initial term, subject to satisfactory performance appraisals.
- Pay Package
- The selected candidate will receive a lump-sum pay package based on SEPCO’s Executive Pay Scales. Other benefits and perks, as per the company’s policies, will also be provided.
- Retirement and Release Conditions
- Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Public Sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. If selected, they will be required to retire from their current job and provide a release letter from the previous employer before joining SEPCO.
- Any application found incomplete or received after the closing date will not be entertained.
- Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview, and no TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
- SEPCO reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
- Eligibility
- Candidates must be at least 60 years old on the closing date of the advertisement. They must also meet the criteria set under the Companies Act, 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 for this leadership position.
