General Terms and Conditions
- Application Process: Candidates must apply online through the KMU job portal at https://jobs.kmu.edu.pk.
- Bank Deposit: After completing the online application, candidates need to download the Bank of Khyber (BOK) deposit slip and pay the non-refundable application fee at any BOK branch or via One Link ID using the printed deposit slip.
- Receipt Submission: Candidates must keep the original deposit slip (candidate’s copy) stamped by the bank, which should not be shared with anyone. This slip may be required at the time of the interview.
- Document Submission: Do not send hard copies of documents to KMU initially. Only shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide their original documents/testimonials at the time of the interview.
- Deadline: The last date for submitting online applications is 18-11-2024. Late applications will not be considered.
- Screening Test and Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified of the test/interview schedule via email. No separate call letters will be issued.
- TA/DA: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided for attending the test or interview.
- Unclaimed Qualifications: Only the qualifications explicitly listed in the job requirements will be accepted. Unclaimed qualifications will not be considered.
- Receipt Safety: Candidates should keep the bank-printed receipt safe as it is essential for verification purposes.
