General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility and Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 16 years of education in relevant fields such as Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, Commerce, Finance, or Marketing, recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- A minimum of 20 years of verifiable experience in the Power Sector (Distribution & Supply) or other relevant fields is required, with at least three years in a senior management position with commercial responsibilities.
- Age and Experience Requirements:
- Candidates who are retired employees of government, semi-government, or public sector organizations must have completed at least 25 years of service.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for this role.
- Application Submission:
- Candidates must submit a complete application package including their CNIC, domicile, PRC (where relevant), academic testimonials, experience certificates, and two personal and two professional references. All academic and professional certificates must be attested.
