General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility and Qualifications: Candidates must meet the minimum qualifications and experience requirements specified for each position:
- For the Treasurer position: Relevant qualifications in CA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent experience as per the job description.
- For Visiting Faculty: Specific qualifications based on PIFD’s faculty appointment criteria, available on the PIFD website.
- Application Submission: Candidates must download the prescribed application form from www.pifd.edu.pk and submit it with all required documents, including:
- Original bank deposit slip for the application processing fee (Rs. 2000 for Treasurer, Rs. 500 for Visiting Faculty)
- Attested copies of educational and experience certificates
- Domicile, CNIC, and one passport-size photograph
- Application Deadline: The last date for application submission is 25th November 2024. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
- Processing Fee: The application processing fee is non-refundable. Candidates applying again must resubmit the fee, and previous payments will not be considered valid.
- Government Employees: Applicants already employed by government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided to candidates attending the interview.
- Right to Change: PIFD reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or to accept/reject any application without providing a reason.
- Contract Basis: The Treasurer position is a three-year contract as per the PIFD Act of 2011, with renewal subject to performance. Visiting Faculty appointments are for two semesters.
