General Terms and Conditions
- Contractual Employment: All positions are on a purely contractual basis with an initial duration of 24 months. The contract may be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.
- Application Submission: Candidates must submit their applications both via post to the specified PO Box and online via the provided email address within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further evaluation, which may include tests and/or interviews. The final selection will be based on merit, experience, and qualifications.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original documents, duly attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or relevant bodies, at the time of the interview.
- Lump Sum Payment: The selected candidates will be offered a lump sum monthly package that corresponds to their role and experience. The exact amount will be equivalent to the project’s pay scale for each position.
- No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided to candidates appearing for the test or interview.
- Right to Reject Applications: NDMA reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. The authority may also cancel or partially modify the recruitment process at any stage.
- Contract Extension: The contract may be extended based on the ongoing needs of the department and satisfactory performance by the employee.
- Mandatory Service Period: Selected candidates will be required to serve for a minimum period of 18 months as part of the departmental requirements.
