General Terms and Conditions
- Application Submission:
- All applications must be submitted online through the HEC careers portal at https://careers.hec.gov.pk. Hard copies of the C.V. or documents are not required and will not be accepted.
- Application Fee:
- A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited online into HEC’s account (A/C No. 17427900133401) in Habib Bank Ltd. The proof of payment must be uploaded with the online application. Applications without the processing fee will not be considered.
- Eligibility:
- Only those candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience will be considered. The experience required is that which has been gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
- Interview Process:
- Eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region may be interviewed via audio/video conferencing at the nearest possible location (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, or Peshawar). Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the interview process.
- Government Employees:
- Candidates already employed in Government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview. Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included; further age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
- Experience:
- Part-time, honorary, apprenticeship, and internship (as part of a study) experiences will not be considered as valid experience for these positions.
- Posting Location:
- The selected candidates may be posted anywhere in Pakistan, as per the requirement of the HEC or the project.
- Selection Rights:
- HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without providing any reason. The number of positions may be increased or decreased as per the requirements of the HEC.
- Deadline:
- The last date for the submission of online applications is September 2, 2024. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- TA/DA Policy:
- No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for attending interviews.
