General Terms and Conditions

  • Age Limit Relaxation: No relaxation in the upper age limit is permitted for this position.
  • Equivalence Certificate: If the applicant possesses a degree that is not explicitly specified, they must provide an equivalence certificate from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or a competent forum.
  • Nature of Appointment: This is a temporary contract-based position specific to the project “Chief Minister’s Punjab Green Tractor Program (2024-25).” The appointment is non-transferable, non-pensionable, and does not guarantee regularization in any other government position. The contract period is valid until June 30, 2025.
  • Project Duration: If the project duration is adjusted (extended or reduced), the contract duration may also be amended with the competent authority’s approval.
  • Merit-Based Recruitment: All selections will be made purely on merit, following the selection and eligibility criteria approved in the PC-I (Project Cycle I).
  • Application Submission: Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form, which can be downloaded from www.agripunjab.gov.pk, and addressed to the Secretary of Agriculture, Government of Punjab, 21-Davis Road, Lahore. Applications must include the CV, three passport-sized photographs, attested copies of CNIC, certificates, detailed marks, and any additional relevant documents such as CGPA, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate, or service release orders for ex-service personnel. The deadline is November 21, 2024. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered, and only eligible candidates will be called for the test/interview. No TA/DA (travel allowance/daily allowance) will be provided.
