General Terms and Conditions
- Contractual Position: The role of the Procurement Specialist is on a consultancy basis, and it will not lead to a permanent position.
- Qualification Requirement: The candidate must possess a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, or Social Sciences, with additional procurement certifications given more weightage.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management is required after obtaining the stipulated qualifications.
- Knowledge of Procurement Rules: The applicant must be familiar with international and national procurement rules and regulations, along with up-to-date knowledge of efficient procurement practices.
- Language and IT Skills: Proficiency in English and basic IT skills are mandatory for the role.
