- Experience means relevant professional experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

- Application Fee:
- A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited in HEC’s Habib Bank Limited Account (A/C No. 17427900133401).
- Proof of payment (receipt) must be uploaded on the HEC website.
- Test and Interview Locations:
- Tests and interviews will be conducted at the nearest possible locations, including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar.
- For candidates from outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi, video/audio conferencing may be arranged.
- Government Employees:
- Those already in government service should apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- General age relaxation of 5 years is allowed as per government rules.
- Eligibility:
- Only candidates meeting the specified qualifications and experience criteria will be considered.
- Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and intern experiences will not be considered valid.
- Selection Policy:
- Selection can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
