General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility and Qualification:
- The applicant must have a master’s degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national or international university. Additional qualifications in project management will be considered advantageous.
- Experience Requirement:
- At least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level, is required.
- Experience in managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders, including international donors, is essential.
- Preference will be given to individuals with experience in the education sector and areas outlined in the Terms of Reference (ToRs).
- Job Scope:
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the HEDP Project, including interaction with senior policymakers and institutions.
- Proficiency in the use of computer desktop applications and office software is mandatory for this role.
