General Terms and Conditions
- Procurement Regulations: The selection will be made according to the “Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants” as per the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated November 2020. Interested candidates must adhere to the relevant regulations and procedures outlined by the World Bank.
- Conflict of Interest: The World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, as stated in paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the Procurement Regulations (July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018), will apply.
