- The Senior Legal Advisor (SLA) will provide legal advice and handle legal matters, including court proceedings, on behalf of the Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) and its officers.
- The SLA is prohibited from accepting or representing cases that conflict with the interests of PLRA.
- Conflict of Interest:
- The SLA must disclose any conflict of interest to the PLRA at the earliest opportunity.
- Professional Conduct:
- Any breach of professional conduct by the SLA will be reported to the relevant Bar Council for action. PLRA reserves the right to recover any damages caused due to such misconduct.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement:
- The SLA must sign a non-disclosure agreement with PLRA to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Engagement Termination:
- The PLRA reserves the right to terminate the engagement at any time based on the SLA’s performance or other organizational requirements.
