General Terms and Conditions
- General Instructions:
- Please carefully read the “Important Instructions” regarding the Application Fee, Written Test, Interview on the PPSC website before applying online.
- Employees of Semi-Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and those of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organizations.
- In case a candidate claims that their qualification is equivalent to the prescribed qualification, they will be required to submit equivalence certification of their foreign or local qualification issued by the Competent Authority of Higher Education Commission (HEC). The decision of the PPSC shall be final in this regard.
- The candidates will ensure that they provide marks obtained or a total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of the interview. The CGPA is not acceptable.
- Application Fee:
- The fee must be paid under the head: “C02101-ORGANIZATIONS OF STATE-TEST FEE REALIZED BY THE PUNJAB PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION,” using one of the following methods:
- ATM
- Mobile Phone Banking
- Internet Banking
- Over the counter by visiting any branches of HBL, MCB, or other designated banks.
- The fee can also be paid through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, U Paisa, and other available mobile banking options.
- The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date of the application. Incomplete applications will be rejected without any notice.
- Candidates applying on the basis of disabled quota must submit a certificate of disability issued by the relevant authority.
- Male, Female, and Transgender candidates are encouraged to apply based on the advertised eligibility criteria.
- Submission of Application:
- Applicants must submit their applications online via the PPSC website (www.ppsc.gop.pk). No hard copy of the online application is required.
- Candidates are advised to regularly check the PPSC website for updates regarding test dates, results, and interviews.
- Selection Process:
- The selection process will include a written test and, for certain posts, an interview. The syllabus and pattern of the written test are provided in the job advertisement.
- The commission reserves the right to make any changes in the selection criteria, syllabus, and schedule.
- Candidates will be informed of the test/interview schedule via the PPSC website and SMS. No individual correspondence will be made.
- Document Submission:
- All candidates are required to bring original documents along with a set of attested copies during the interview.
- In case of foreign qualifications, an equivalence certificate issued by HEC must be provided.
- Legal Action:
- If any candidate provides false or misleading information, they will be disqualified, and legal action may be taken against them.
- The decision of the PPSC in all matters shall be final and binding on the candidates.
