General Terms and Conditions

• Application Submission:
• All applications must be submitted online via the official Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) website at www.ppsc.gop.pk.
• No hard copies of applications will be accepted.
• Applicants should ensure that they have provided accurate information and filled all required fields in the application form.
• Required Documents:
• At the time of the interview, candidates must bring original documents including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and any other relevant documentation.
• A valid registration certificate from the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) or Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) is required for medical positions.
• Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide equivalence certificates issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or the relevant regulatory body.
• Age Relaxation:
• Age limits are provided for each position, but age relaxation may be granted according to the government rules for candidates from certain categories (e.g., women, special persons, and government employees).
• Examination and Interview:
• Eligible candidates will be required to sit for a written test. The syllabus for the exam is available on the PPSC website.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews based on their performance in the written test.
• The decision of the PPSC regarding selection or rejection is final, and no challenge to the decision will be entertained.
• Application Fee:
• Applicants must submit a non-refundable application fee, payable through the prescribed bank channels (ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or over-the-counter services).
• Application fees vary depending on the post applied for.
• Multiple Applications:
• Candidates may apply for more than one post if eligible. Separate applications must be submitted for each post, along with separate fees.
• No alterations to the submitted application are allowed once it is submitted.
• Invalid Applications:
• Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be rejected.
• Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.
• Government Employees:
• Candidates already employed in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel.
• They are required to present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of the interview.
• Equivalence of Qualifications:
• If the qualification is not recognized by the prescribed authority (HEC, PMC, etc.), the application will be considered invalid.
• Candidates claiming an equivalence degree must ensure they have the official equivalence certificate issued by the relevant authority at the time of application.
• Closing Date:
• The closing date for submission of online applications is 10th October 2024. No applications will be accepted after this date.
• Important Notes:
• Only candidates domiciled in Punjab are eligible for these posts.
• The PPSC reserves the right to cancel or alter any position without providing a reason.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed during the written test and interview.
