General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the advertisement, including educational qualifications, experience, and age limits. Applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered for the position.

- Submission Deadline: The last date for submission of applications is September 9, 2024. Applications received after the deadline, even if posted before the closing date, will not be entertained.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting, as the selection process will be competitive.
- Document Verification: Candidates must provide attested copies of all necessary documents, including academic certificates and experience letters. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- In-Service Candidates: Candidates already serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel. They must also provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer at the time of the interview.
- False Information: If any information provided by a candidate is found to be false or misleading at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidate will be disqualified, and legal action may be taken.
- Non-Extendable Contract: The position is on a three-year contract basis, which is non-extendable. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract if performance is found unsatisfactory.
- TA/DA: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
- Rights Reserved: The University of Sargodha reserves the right not to fill the position, withdraw the advertised post, or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without providing any reason.
- Reapplication: Candidates who have applied previously under Advertisement No. 01/2024 need not resubmit the processing fee but must reapply with fresh applications if interested.
