General Terms and Conditions
- Age Relaxation:
- General age relaxation of 05 years is included in the upper age limit.
- Further age relaxation of up to 10 years is admissible to WAPDA employees who have completed 02 years of continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Application Process:
- Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
- Incomplete applications, or those with incorrect information, will not be entertained.
- Applications received after the last date of submission will be rejected.
- Government Employees:
- Government employees must apply through the proper channels by submitting their NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Selection and Shortlisting:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- The selection will be merit-based, and WAPDA reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA:
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be admissible for candidates appearing in the test/interview.
- Submission of Documents:
- Candidates must attach attested copies of educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and recent passport-sized photographs with the application form.
- All educational certificates/degrees must be verified from HEC recognized institutes.
- Probationary Period:
- The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 1 year, extendable to 2 years based on satisfactory performance.
- Test Fee:
- A test fee of Rs. 200 must be paid at ABL, HBL, or any designated bank through the prescribed Bank Challan. The fee is non-refundable.
- Disciplinary Actions:
- Candidates dismissed from government service on disciplinary grounds or those involved in criminal cases are not eligible to apply.
- Communication:
- Information about tests, roll numbers, and further instructions will be communicated via SMS by OTS.
- Driving License (For Specific Posts):
- Candidates applying for posts requiring a valid driving license must present their LTV/HTV license during the interview or test.
- Falsification of Documents:
- Any false information or forged documents found during the recruitment process or after employment will lead to disqualification and legal action.
