General Terms and Conditions
- Salary Package:
- The pay package will be market-based and negotiable, depending on the experience and exposure of the candidate, along with other benefits as per WSSP policy.
- Application Process:
- Candidates applying for positions from Serial 02 to 07 must create an online profile on the ETEA website. After creating the profile and submitting the required application fee, they will receive an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website. This token will need to be verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
- Candidates who do not complete this verification process will not be considered for any post.
- Screening:
- Candidates applying for positions from Serial 02 to 07 will be allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority.
- If any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the appointing authority.
- Minimum Academic Requirements:
- Candidates with 3rd Division or less than a 1.66 GPA or less than 45% marks in their graduation/Diploma will not be considered.
- Experience Documentation:
- The experience claimed in the application form must be supported with documents like experience certificates and service certificates from the current job. Failing to provide these documents may lead to disqualification of the application.
- Professional Courses:
- Only valid certificates of academic distinction or any other relevant professional courses of 03 months and above duration will be given preference.
- Experience Calculation:
- Experience will only be counted after the receipt of required academic degrees or certificates.
- Interviews:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.
- Shortlisting:
- Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the screening test conducted by ETEA.
- Eligibility:
- Candidates must meet all the eligibility criteria as of the last date of the receipt of applications. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Age Relaxation:
- No relaxation in age will be admissible. The age will be reckoned on the closing date of applications.
- Candidates in Government/Semi-Government Bodies:
- Those already working in Government or Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- Multiple Applications:
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post and pay the separate fee.
- Right to Cancel:
- WSSP reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of positions or cancel the recruitment process without providing any reason or notice.
- TA/DA:
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test or interview.
- Equivalent Certificates:
- In the case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
- Errors:
- Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.
- Updates:
- Selected and canceled candidates will be posted anywhere within the jurisdiction of WSSP.
