- Experience Definition: The term “Experience” refers to the experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.
- Application Process:
- Applicants are required to apply online through the HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk. There is no need to send a hard copy of the C.V. and documents.
- The test/interview for eligible candidates residing outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region will be conducted via Audio/Video conferencing at the nearest possible location in Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, or Peshawar.
- Application Fee:
- An application processing fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited online in HEC’s Account No. 17427900133401 at Habib Bank Ltd. The receipt of the payment must be uploaded with the online application.
- Application Submission:
- Only online applications submitted through the HEC website will be considered.
- The last date for submission of online applications is September 02, 2024.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- General Conditions:
- Those already in government service should apply through the proper channel. Five (05) years of general relaxation in the upper age limit has already been included. Further age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
- The experience will be considered from the date of obtaining the required qualification.
- Part-time, honorary, apprentice, and internee positions will not be considered/counted as experience.
- Selectees can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
- HEC reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or to not fill any position without assigning any reason.
