General Terms and Conditions
- Contract Duration:
- The initial contract will be for three years, with the possibility of extension based on mutual agreement between the employee and the company.
- Remuneration:
- A competitive, market-based salary package will be negotiated, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and competencies. The selected candidate will be expected to demonstrate high-level professional capabilities.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- The candidate must meet the specified qualification and experience criteria, which include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role in the power sector.
- Application Procedure:
